Story 63
David James Lacey GASTON
Joined the 28th Battalion 2nd Reinforcement A.I.F. on the 14th June 1915 and left for overseas duty on board "Demosthenes" 23rd July 1915. Joined Battalion 17th October 1915.
Appointed Lance Corporal on the 31st March 1917.
Killed in action at the Battle of Bullecourt, France 3rd May 1917.
