Rugby Family History Group

We are pleased to be working in partnership with the Rugby Family History Group.

Rugby Family History Group was formed by local enthusiasts in 1984 based on the town of Rugby, Warwickshire, and membership stands at approximately 100.

The aim of the group is to encourage and aid the study of family history that extends to conducting research relating to Rugby and surrounding areas for members resident in and outside the district.

Group visits to The National Archives, London Metropolitan Archives etc are regularly arranged, and social occasions and regular computer and project evenings held. Currently, parish registers are being transcribed. The Group also runs a monthly help desk in Rugby Library.
