How do I cancel my continuous subscription?

Answer:

 

We want you to have complete control and so have made it easy for you to switch off continuous membership at any time.
If you do not want your subscription to automatically renew, simply opt out of the continuous membership, within 5 days of the expiry date, by clicking here or going to 'My account' and 'Personal details'. You will then see an option to remove the automatic renewal option. 

Once altered you will receive an email confirming that your account details have been updated. 
If you can't recall your login details to access your My Account page, you can reset your password by clicking here and entering your email address.
When you take out a subscription, it is on a continuous basis, meaning that your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you cancel it. This is to ensure you have continuous, uninterrupted access to records. 
Otherwise, we will automatically renew your subscription and will take the next payment two to three days before your current subscription ends.
