United Kingdom- Attleborough in War Time with Short Concurrent History of The Great War - Was written and privately published by Major J. H. Kennedy in 1919. In his preface Major Kennedy writes ‘In honoured memory of the Attleborough lads who died and in gratitude to those who served and survived, this short record of the town’s work during the Great War is respectfully dedicated to the mothers and wives and other relatives of those who gave their lives for the King and country during the Great War of 1914-19.’
